What services does Village Care at Home offer?

Village Care at Home offers personal assistance and hygiene care, including but not limited to: bathing and dressing; pharmacy services featuring “CarePax” medication management and compliance packaging through our partnership with ApotheCare Pharmacy in Meadville, MS; nutritious meal preparation and planning; light housekeeping; shopping and errand services; and friendly companionship to help build mental health resilience and motivate participation in social activities.

How long have you been providing services to the Jackson metro area?

Village Care at Home is a new and exciting offering from Peach Tree Village — our award winning residential care home in Brandon that has been providing excellent care since 1996.

Is there a minimum number of hours a Caregiver works?

Yes, there is a minimum of 4 hours per day.

How are Village Care at Home Caregivers trained?

Our Caregivers receive additional training via Nevvon, an online Caregiver training program, creating a better understanding of caring for loved ones.

How does Village Care at Home screen Caregivers?
Every Caregiver is thoroughly interviewed and screened, which includes, but is not limited to a drug screening and background check via the State of Mississippi.
Do Caregivers come to a residence only?

Our Caregivers will go where there is a need. Whether it is one’s home, hospital room or assisted living. We are here to help.

What happens if a Caregiver doesn’t make it to the client's home?

We will work diligently to handle any scheduling issues as they arise.

How do you bill for your services?

We invoice clients once a week via mail or email. We are happy to work with clients who need an alternate billing schedule.

What type of payments do you take?
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, ACH, or check payments. Auto-payment is also available.
How much per hour do you charge?

Every client’s needs are different. Please call the office for a price tailored to your individual needs.

How do you choose/match a Caregiver for your client?

In addition to our decades of experience caring for residents of Peach Tree Village, we have software that helps to analyze activities of daily living and other characteristics of your loved one. This gives us added confidence that we are selecting a Caregiver with a unique skillset that can best meet the client’s needs.
